About the instructor: Nora Anderson M.S. is the founder & president of AAAI/ISMA, one of the largest fitness certification associations in the world. She has been studying yoga & meditation for over 35 years and teaches master classes in yoga & meditation at AAAI/ISMA’s One World Conferences. She has taught yoga & meditation at Temple University and Princeton University and has appeared twice on the Regis Philbin TV show. She is the creator of AAAI /ISMA’s Phase 1, 2 & 3 Yoga Certification programs. She is the author of the book IN-LIGHT-IN!.
