Taking the group fitness class to a new level, this certification teaches basic punch, kicks, and combinations there of to from an exciting class that keeps men and women’s attention and heart pumping.
This thorough training includes both practical movement and written components.
With a background in martial arts and group fitness, your instructor will lead you through the material to explain the importance of safety, technique, exercise science, and information you need to know in order to instruct this type of class successfully. Regardless of your experience level, you will walk away with the knowledge and skills necessary to teach a kickboxing class.
