Special emphasis is placed on form and technique, along with the history of the grand martial and healing art of Tai Chi. Adaptation for functional exercise for the general public, seniors, physically challenged, and athletes is thoroughly covered, as are both slow-moving breath-filled movements and up-tempo cardio martial arts applications.
