This certification begins with a brief history of indoor cycling and moves into proper bike setup, proper riding mechanics, drills and intervals, music selection, cueing, and class construction. The class will also cover injury prevention and how to monitor your class as you teach. We will be on the bike quite a bit during our class construction portion. We will have a master class where we idea share and ride together.
Bring a change of clothes just in case we get sweaty!
