Learn how to expand your Yoga Teaching options for different populations.
10-11:30 Core Asanas: assisted with the chair. (Twist, Yoga Mudra, Camel, Fish, Head to Knee & more)
11:30-12:15 lunch
12:15- 1:15 Balance: Standing Asanas assisted with the chair. (Warrior Sequences& more)
1:15-2:45: Seated Sun Salutation: All 12 steps beautifully modified for the chair
2:45-3:00 Safe inversions to offset gravity, aging and nourish the adrenal glands and organs
3:00-3:30 Chair relaxation and meditation techniques
3:30-4:00 Putting it all together into a class format
