A Total Calorie Burning Workout! This FIT BLAST (VIIT) WORKOUT, is a Variable-intensity interval training (VIIT) program. FIT BLAST (VIIT) is formatted to take participants through high, medium and low intensity phases. You will experience 3 different workouts in which you rotate between high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with medium-intensity (strength) and low-intensity (recovery) periods for a more efficient workout. This allows participants to attain HIIT intervals, Agility & Strength, plus Mind/Body geared to fit all fitness levels. Every workout challenges the entire body in numerous ways. Tabata, HIIT, HVIT, VIIT and any other variation are tough. They challenge you, take you to the edge and possibly over it. But while they are all tough, FIT BLAST (VIIT) is arguably the more rounded workout. FIT BLAST (VIIT) is a balance between all-out effort, strength, endurance and mobility which makes it more accessible and safer to do for the majority of your students. Let’s have a killer workout and tons of fun!
Equipment: weights, gliders, tubing, towel, mat, water… bring whatever you have *optional (2) water bottles, (2) soup cans, jugs filled with water, heavy book
