This course will be held online via the Zoom Platform.
Goal: To teach students how to transition smoothly between poses by building core strength to improve control and prevent strain during transitions. Participants will learn how to maintain stability, increase flexibility, and integrate breathing with moving smoothly between poses for control, and to reduce injury. By the end of the workshop, participants should feel more confident and comfortable transitioning between poses in a fluid, controlled manner.
Students will receive guidance on their individual practice and classes, helping them make adjustments for various body types and physical limitations for a better flow.
