The workshop will cover 1 hour of standing, 1 hour of seated, and 1 hour on the floor, so 3 full hours of innovative, energy-inspired stretching, taking cues from Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, and Movement Therapy. Fitness instructors, Yoga teachers, Massage Therapists, and anyone who wants to learn how to stretch for Life are welcome. The lecture part will include teaching HOW and WHY to stretch properly, so Scott’s goal is to provide a thorough, fluid, fun, moving educational experience to help you feel flexible and happy inside and out.
