- Hour 1: INTRO and Programming Discussion
- Hour 2: Seated Exercises
- Hour 3: Standing and Supported Exercises
- Hour 4: Spinal Bliss and Special Populations Focus

CHI: Energy-inspired flowing exercise, what is it and how do we utilize it in Life? and….in the CHAIR!!
- Seated Bliss: Exploring the benefits of a Full-Body Strength and Stretch Workout in the Chair
- Standing Joy: Experiencing a Standing Workout supported by the Chair
- Specialized adaptive stretches and sequences to reduce Stress, eliminate Pain, empower the Spine, and improve overall Balance and Mobility will be highlighted and taught throughout the course. Participants will receive a full list of movements prior to and upon completion of the course.
