This course will be held online from 9:00am – 12:00pm West Coast Time via the Zoom Platform.

Perfect for Home, Office, Gym, Private Training, Group Exercise, or Yoga Studio, Scott Cole’s COMPLETE CHAIR WORKSHOP is designed to provide complete body awareness, PLUS strengthen and stretch your ENTIRE body with exercises both in and around the chair. Improve balance, strength, mobility, flexibility, and reduce stress with Scott’s delectable blending of Tai Chi, Yoga, Movement Therapy, and a multitude of Adaptive Strength and Stretch exercises. We will begin with seated movements in the Chair, then proceed to standing Chair-supported movements. From Warm-ups and “Loosening” movements to specifically targeting muscle groups to addressing modern “conditions” (like Sciatica or what Scott terms “The Slump Hump”), Scott’s content is practiced and proven, derived from over 40 years of therapeutic bodywork and movement practices
