This workshop will explore the physical, emotional, and cognitive benefits of using pressure point techniques.
Learn the most effective pressure points in the body to improve concentration and memory, increase blood flow and circulation, while
also decreasing excess stress and anxiety. Unlock the tremendous benefits of infusing pressure point techniques into your current fitness
routines and learn how to use them as a social and emotional tool to improve overall health and wellness.

Objectives:

  • Identify and define key pressure points in the body
  • Explain evidence-based physical and cognitive benefits that accompany the use of pressure point techniques.
  • Apply pressure point techniques with and without a foam roller (0r grooved roller) to evaluate changes in your physical and mental state before and after using pressure point techniques.
