Cross H.I.I.T. Tabata Certification: introduction to different types of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) drills and recovery types. Topics include interval types, plyometric intervals, total body strength training, standards for recovery, and modifications to make HIIT style training appropriate for various fitness levels.
